Job description: | I am looking for a Sous chef to work in beautiful South Uist The individual needs to be passionate & able to work in sometimes challenging situations. The candidate will be able to step up in the absence of the Head Chef, and have enthusiasm for using fresh local produce & plenty of experience in fish & seafood cookery 100% free of charge good standard live-in accommodation including all bills & wi-fi Great rural location and will suit a chef who likes the outdoors, nature, photography. A good knowledge of health, safety & hygiene, safe food practices & allergen awareness. Position is available from March to end November |
