Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 20; Dinner: 80; Breakfast: 20

Full-time chefs:3 chef plus 2 kitchen porters at full strength
Accommodation:Accommodation is available in the shared staff house 8 miles away, own room - meals on duty no charge. possibly small cost wifi electric
Job description:

The Inn at Aaird-a-bhasair is a 3 star hotel situated in a remote but beautiful area in Sleat, Isle of Skye just 45 minutes from Portree.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team to work alongside and cover for the Head Chef on time off.

We are a small and friendly team, working with fresh local produce.

Great working environment.

The position is available now for the right candidate.

This is a lovely part of Scotland to live and work and will suit a chef to loves the outdoors, plenty to do on time off.
