Job description:

We are looking for a sous chef for a hotel in the North East of England.
Situated between Newcastle & Edinburgh (just over an hour from each city), the hotel has been re-furbished to a very high standard and has gained awards for its Modern British food
Beautiful setting
£37,000 paid monthly plus tips
Overtime paid or time in lieu.
Candidates must be able to step up in the absence of the head chef plus completing all health & safety procedures.
This job could also suit a strong Chef de Partie or junior Sous looking to step up.
