Days:5 from 7 mixture of shifts but mainly straight
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 10 - 50; Dinner: 30 - 100; Breakfast: 60 - 70; Functions: occasional function
Food type:Traditional simple Scottish food.
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available either in hotel or staff cottage, all meals no charge
Job description:

The Sumburgh Hotel is a 70 bedroom hotel situated just 25 miles from Lerwick.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our very friendly and stable team.

You will deputise for our head chef on days off and holidays

A great place to work.

You will have a mimimum of 4 - 5 years experience as a chef, may suit a strong CDP looking for the next step

Sumburgh Airport situated 5 minutes away
