Job description: | The Brackenhide is situated in Portree, with stunning views. We are thrilled to be advertising for a Sous Chef to join this small yet talented brigade on a full-time permanent basis working a minimum of 45 hours Monday through Sunday. As the Sous Chef you will report directly into the Head Chef and assist them in leading the brigade which includes training and mentoring junior chefs, bringing alive this tasteful and sophisticated concept presented to the greatest standards, along with delivering an amazing experience to our guests.
