Sous Chef, Various positions across Scotland and England, Dumfries and Galloway

Salary:up to £20 per hour or up to £40,000 per annum plus tips, and other company benefits
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 - 50 hours per week
Days:5 days per week shifts can be mixed
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:varied from 0 to 300
Covers:Lunch: varies 0 to 350; Dinner: varies 0 to 350; Breakfast: 0 to 350; Functions: 0 to 400
Food type:Restaurant, bar, functions, fine dining, coaching and multiple rosette
Full-time chefs:2 up to 15
Accommodation:Staff accommodation with TV and wifi and shared living facilities - usually live out in the cities
