Job description:

Relief Sous chef required for Boutique hotel, Isle of Harris
£21 per hour paid weekly - PAYE
Starting 1st of May for one month initially
Scottish Bistro with lots of seafood
Breakfast & dinner up to 40
4 chefs plus KPs
Accommodation provided free of charge
Travel expenses paid upon completion of required work stint
