Job description: | I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a hotel in Kirkwall - ideally starting on 7th May for 4 weeks 18 bedroom 4 star hotel serving restaurant and bar meals with pizzas and some functions. Lunches to 30, dinners up to 60 and functions to 100. Brigade of 2 chefs plus kitchen porters. The gross hourly rate is £21 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances net of Tax and NI. Working hours will be 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days, mixed shifts. Accommodation is available They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing the required work stint. Plus return ferry. |
