Sous Chef, Borgie Lodge Hotel, Sutherland

Borgie Lodge Hotel is situated in the River Borgie Glen surrounded by some of the last remaining wilderness in Europe a special place that we love sharing with our guests, we have Torrisdale beach less than a mile from the Hotel, a mile and a half of golden sands.

Borgie forest, and forest walks less than a mile away, are perfect for day walks. We also have the spectacular skerray coastline all around us with its stunning views across to the Island of Neave and Eilean nan ron.

Warm and friendly owners who work hard to provide a friendly and homely experience for our guests - the Hotel is our pride and joy and we continually strive to ensure that it is maintained to a high standard.

We have a professional, clean kitchen serving wholesome, fresh, made in house food. We're focused on delivering an exceptional unpretentious dining experience.

You'll be responsible for covering the duties of the Head Chef during their absence, with a good understanding of ordering, service and the day to day running of a kitchen.

We offer hourly pay and a great working environment. There's the possibility of work for partners also, and we would welcome applications from any couples who are looking for their next adventure together.
