Job description: | We have an exciting opportunity for a chef de partie to join our team at the Kintail Lodge Hotel. The hotel is a small, family run establishment with a long standing reputation for great food and high standards, situated in a picturesque location in the West Highlands. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 100 covers per day and will work well in a small team as this is crucial to the smooth running of our kitchen. A Food Hygiene Certificate is also required. |
