Salary:£15 per hour negotiable, paid monthly plus tips

Hours:40 - 45 hours
Days:5 days per week - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:14 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: up to 30 weekends only; Dinner: up to 75; Breakfast: to 30; Functions: Up to 50
Food type:Good quality bar meals / specials
Full-time chefs:3 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation provided free of charge - own room in shared cottage including Wi-Fi - all meals
Job description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a chef de partie to join our team at the Kintail Lodge Hotel.

The hotel is a small, family run establishment with a long standing reputation for great food and high standards, situated in a picturesque location in the West Highlands.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 100 covers per day and will work well in a small team as this is crucial to the smooth running of our kitchen. A Food Hygiene Certificate is also required.
