Job description:

I am looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a Resort Restaurant. - Driver preferred but not essential

Starting 26th June to 14th September

There is a brigade of 9 chefs and 5 kitchen assistants/ porters

33 property resort serving quality fresh restaurant for 60-100 breakfasts, 50-100 lunches, 50-100 dinners

Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixture of shifts

The gross hourly rate is £20 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances

They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.

Accommodation is a room in the staff accommodation on site.
