The Marcliffe is looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our dishes meet the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation — helping us deliver exceptional experiences to every guest.
