Job description:

I'm looking for a strong Relief Sous Chef with great organisational skills to help run this small friendly kitchen team. There's an excellent yet unpretentious standard of food being offered and you'll join a thriving business that puts their staff first.

Working a minimum of 40hr/wk 5/7

Return travel expenses paid upon completion of the agreed upon stint.

You must have exceptional hygiene standards and an ability to lead by example. There are up to 120 breakfasts a day, no lunches, and 130 dinners.

The accommodation available is to a superb standard, and includes meals on and off duty. You'll be within walking distance of the local community.

The position is available immediately, and will run until the 2nd of November.
