Job description: | Coco Chocolatier – One of the UK’s leading artisan chocolate businesses with multiple awards for outstanding chocolates is looking for a dedicate, responsible, enthusiastic head chocolatier/production manager. We are seeking a driven chef to join our production team to manage day to day chocolate production and team of two chocolatiers. You must thrive from a busy and dynamic role. The successful candidate does not necessarily have to have a chocolate background as this can be taught but a kitchen background is essential. This would suit a good pastry chef who is looking to move up with a growing team. Responsibilities of the Head Chocolatier/Production Manager include: • Excellent attention to detail.
