Salary:£21,000 paid weekly plus tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:35 - 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 60-120 covers over breakfast and lunch; Dinner: Occasional supper club - lots of notice given

Full-time chefs:4 including kitchen porters

Job description:

The Pantry is a very well-known and popular busy city centre café / bistro in Edinburgh. We serve locally sourced, seasonal ingredients all made fresh on the premises.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our friendly close knit team, you will cover for the head chef on days off and holidays and while he is working at our new site.

This is a family run café with hands on owners.

We are open to new ideas for specials. There is scope for career progression at our second site.

A very good work life balance.
