Salary:Up to £13.20 per hour, paid monthly, plus tips, annual bonus is paid in August based on performance

Hours:30 + Longer hours available if suits
Days:5 days from 7 straight shifts closed sundays
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 40 seater restaurant - up to 100 covers per day over lunch and dinner

Full-time chefs:4 chefs - no kitchen porters - everyone mucks in

The Makars Gourmet Mash Bar is situated in Edinburgh on the Royal Mile.

We are looking for a senior chef to lead our kitchen team of 4.

This would suit an ambitious Sous Chef in their first lead role.

The Makars Gourmet Mash Bar is an exciting small restaurant in central Edinburgh.

We cater to both tourist and a loyal group of regular customers.

This is a varied and dynamic role

A friendly company to work for with good working hours. (10am - 6pm or 3pm to 9.30pm)
