Job description: | Rufflets is a unique 4* hotel set in 10 acres of land. Situated 1 and a half miles from St Andrews. We won Scottish hotel of the Year in 2016 and have 4 gold stars from Visit Scotland. We are changing the dynamics of our kitchen and we are looking for a sous chef to join us at this exciting time. You will need to have 2 rosette experience as you will be mainly looking after the fine-dining restaurant. We do aim to gain a third rosette so if you have some 3 rosette exposure that would be ideal. Lots of investments being made into the kitchen and the kitchen garden. We are looking for someone who can help implement changes as we go through this transitionary period in the next year. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
