Salary:£12 - £14 per hour - paid weekly plus tips

Job description:

Springkell is a privately owned wedding venue in Eaglesfield 10 miles from Lockerbie and about 15 miles to the North of Carlisle.

We are looking for a Sous chef to join our small friendly team.

As sous chef you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen during the head chef's time off.

The chef would need to be able to help our Head Chef during the weddings. From Sunday mornings to Tuesday night you would be working on your own which can be quieter with around 15 guests as a maximum.  Sunday morning can be breakfast for 30 to 40 guests after the Wedding the day before.

You will be flexible have good time keeping and be able to cater for the guests needs.

This position is available from the 22nd March to early January.
