Job description: | Barca Tapas has been a stalwart in Glasgow's City Centre for 14 years, cooking up a quality taste of Spain alongside a vibrant bar serving up a wide selection of Spanish wines, cocktails and beer. The Sous chef position is a great opportunity to be involved in a well established venue and give menu input and create small plate specials in this independently run venue.
