Job description: | Cranachan has been trading successfully for lunch for 14 years, offering the best of Scotland's larder for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu is based around hearty soups and sandwiches for lunch with plenty of Scottish classic starters and main courses. Head chef has up to 5 specials daily. Although not aiming for rosettes, high quality produce is at the forefront of our business. Very desirable hours - Cranachan is only open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so only two evenings required a week. The Sous chef position is a great opportunity to be involved in a well established venue and give menu input and create daily specials in this independently run venue. Responsibilities as Sous Chef include: The ideal Sous Chef will : Sous/Junior Sous experience in a similarly high quality operation. |
