| Job description: | The Green Park Hotel is a busy family run, 51 bedroom hotel situated in Pitlochry. We focus exclusively on our residential guests, both old and new. We are a past winner of the good hotel guide in 2015 and we are currently ranked 6th best hotel in Britain. Situated in Pitlochry it is a very busy tourist destination in the peak of the season with plenty to do on days off. Pitlochry is a beautiful place to live and perfect for someone who loves the outdoors. We are looking for a Sous chef to join our large, yet stable team. As a Sous chef you will be working alongside our Head chef Chris Tamblin to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, serving quality meals to the standard we are known for. You must be able to cover the Head chef's days off ensuring the standard is kept the same. A free gym and swimming membership is available to make use of on your days off. Uniform is provided and we provide meals on duty. Last orders for food in the restaurant is 8:30pm so you wont have to work later than 10pm. The position is available now for the right candidate but we are happy to wait for the right candidate to come along. |
