Salary:£13 - £15 per hour paid weekly & share of tips

Days:5 or 6 days mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Full-time chefs:4 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Own room in flat on site, charge only for electricity bill.
Job description:

Situated on the shore front of Ullapool, Ross-shire, The Frigate benefits from wonderful sea views as well as being right in the centre of the village.

Shore front location in beautiful highlands, on the North Coast 500.

We are looking for sous chef to join our small and friendly team.

You will only be required to work lunch and dinner shifts or solely dinner shifts depending on the rota.

Using lots of fresh local produce and seafood.

We are a bustling bar bistro & strive to give all our customers excellent service.

This position is available from now to beginning of October
