Job description: | The Orchard Park Bar and Grill is an 8 bedroom hotel situated in Giffnock, 7 miles from Glasgow city centre. We are looking for a sous chef to join our young and enthusiastic team. We prepare all of our food from scratch on the premises so there is lots of opportunity for input into menu design as we change our menus seasonal. Ideally you will have strong restaurant experience and experience with volume also. Must be able to cope under pressure. We would consider a strong chef de partie looking to step into their first sous chef role. There is scope for career progression. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
