Job description:

Sous Chef Required.

Working alongside the other team members, you will be covering morning and evening shifts as required.

You must be able to produce consistent quality and have a proven history of hotelier kitchen work. You will have a strong passion for furthering the business development in obtaining cuisine awards.

We currently provide a full a’ la carte menu to both our guests (10 bedroomed hotel) and non-residents, averaging 30+ covers each night. We also provide afternoon teas via prior booking and pride ourselves on the reputation we have attained with “high tea”.

We Can offer 2 days off a week (40+ hours over 5 days). Free live-in accommodation on the hotel grounds in a separate cottage overlooking Loch Greshornish with fully fitted communal kitchen and WiFi.
