Job description: | We are currently recruiting for an experienced Demi Chef de partie to look after breakfast and to develop in other areas of the kitchen to join the award winning kitchen brigade at one of Scotland's leading 5 star hotels. A Breakfast Demi Chef is required to work in a diverse kitchen that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as service for the award winning banqueting operation under the guidance of the Executive Chef. The restaurant serves Scottish food prepared combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques whilst using only ingredients of the finest quality. As a Breakfast Demi Chef you will be required to perform all preparation and general culinary duties relating to breakfast service and ensure that your section is fully prepared for service times as well as assist in other sections of the kitchen once breakfast has been served.
