Job description:

The Marcliffe Hotel and Spa is a privately owned prestigious 5-star luxury hotel west of Aberdeen.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Working under the direction of our Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with the finest produce, preparing and serving exceptional food.

You will need to be knowledgeable about menu items and be aware of commodities used, methods, preparation and cooking to ensure a consistently high level of food service always.

You should have experience of working in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant including private dining and events with the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
