Job description: | The Nairn Golf Club is a private members golf club founded in 1887 and made up of 1300 members. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team for the season which runs from Mid March until October. We are looking for someone to assist the Duty Chef with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items whilst adhering to all health and food safety legislation. Main duties will include: Help with the preparation and service of menu items, functions and staff meals Candidates must have at least one of the following: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery The position is available from Mid March for the right candidate. |
