Job description: | Overlooked by the majesty of the Ochil Hills on one side, and the historical Wallace Monument on the other, Stirling Court Hotel boasts one of the most enviable locations in Scotland. Nestled into the stunning University of Stirling campus – considered to be one of the world’s most beautiful campuses – the hotel is surrounded by lush green countryside, and shares its grounds with Airthrey Castle and Loch. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be responsible for your own section in the kitchen providing support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. We are looking for someone with previous volume experience as we are a very busy hotel and cater for many conferences. This would suit a Commis chef looking to take their next step up. As their is no accommodation available this would suit someone in the area or someone who drives. The position is available now for the right canididate. |
