Salary:£24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience paid weekly plus a share of the tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 per week happy to pay overtime over after 45 hours on a pro rata basis
Days:5 mixed shifts - mainly split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:10 rooms plus 1 guest cottage
Covers:Lunch: Vary; Dinner: to 45; Breakfast: to 24; Functions: occasional
Food type:good quality a la carte plus daily changing specials
Full-time chefs:4 chefs plus kitchen porters as required
Accommodation:subsidised accommodation may be available for the right candidate or £750 contribution towards relocation
Job description:

The Wheatsheaf is a 4 star hotel situated 12 miles from Berwick upon Tweed and 1 hour from the south of Edinburgh.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with good quality experience to join this very close knit team.

You will be able to look after the kitchen on the head chefs time off and holidays, and will have the chance to contribute your own ideas to the menu.

Lovely part of the country to work in.
