Salary:Negotiable depending on experience, paid weekly plus tips.
Days:5 days out of 7, mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: Up to 30; Dinner: Up to 50

Situated just outside the market town of Blairgowrie, Perthshire, in the heart of Scotland, we take great pride in sourcing fresh local ingredients to ensure our menu is varied and reflects our love of Scotland. We were recognised in the Michelin guide for 2018 and we pride ourselves in cooking high quality food. Situated only 30 minutes from Perth this would suit someone from the local area or for someone who is looking to relocate to the Perth area.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly team to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the kitchen. Ensuring high standards of food and health and hygiene are consistent. We are looking for someone who has the relevant experience at the same level.

We are closed Christmas Day as well as the 1st and 2nd of January.

The position is available as of the start of February for the right candidate.
