Salary:£10 per hour paid monthly with tips and possible bonus to be discussed The hourly rate will increase after a successful trial period of 1 month
Hours:average 40 per week
Days:5 days from 7, split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 30 -40; Dinner: 40; Breakfast: not required to do
Food type:Gastro Pub and A la Carte monthly changing menu
Full-time chefs:2 plus a kitchen porter
Accommodation:Live out - but can help source if relocating
Job description:

The Garret Hotel is an 8 bedroom privately owned and run hotel situated in the lively town of Kirkcudbright (pronounced kir-coo-bree)

We are looking for an experienced Chef de partie to join our small friendly team.

Working alongside our head chef you will have some in put in to menus.

You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience at Chef de Partie level.

You will also have good health, safety and hygiene understanding and will have an up to date certificate.

This a great place to live as there are many things to do on your days off, fishing walking and Dumfries is only 26 miles away.
