Salary:£22,000 to £26,000 per annum paid monthly with tips paid every 3 months
Hours:50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 10 - 50; Dinner: 30 - 70; Breakfast: 30 - 80; Functions: occasional functions up to 150
Food type:Fine dining - lounge bar - high quality using fresh local ingredients
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is own room in shared staff accommodation - meals provided - at no charge
Job description:

The Dunalastair Hotel is a newly opened 5 star hotel situated in Kinloch Rannoch just 1 hour from Perth.

We are looking for a permanent Chef de Partie to join our team.

There is scope for promotion with in the hotel and up and coming group.

A driver is prefered as public transport is not the best.

This position is available now for the right candidate.
