Salary:Salary depending on experience. Good promotional opportunities
Hours:45-50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 including straight & mixed shifts, some breakfast shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:18 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 5 to 30; Dinner: up to 45; Breakfast: up to 36
Food type:3AA Rosette. Daily changing table d’hote menu and a 5 course and 7 course tasting menu, we also have a Gold Visit Scotland Award.
Full-time chefs:We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working chef strong in all sections to join our team
Accommodation:Own room in staff block shared facilities on site all meals included £40 per week, Wi-Fi.
Job description:

Kinloch is situated on the beautiful island of Skye and is easily accessible by road bridge in North West Scotland and has an excellent reputation for its cuisine. This busy hotel is very much in the public eye and is internationally renowned.

We are looking to recruit a passionate team-player to work in the busy kitchen team to help with all aspects of the kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very enthusiastic team working in a modern kitchen, using modern techniques and the very finest local produce.
