| Job description: | Lochboisdale Hotel is an individual family run hotel situated right next to the brand new marina on the island of South Uist. We are looking for a Seasonal Chef de Partie to work until the end October starting with immediate effect. You must be able to successfully deliver good quality food to our customers You will work 6 days out of 7 on a shift basis covering lunches and evening meals. You must be familiar with Cooksafe. We are a family orientated hotel and treat our staff with the utmost respect as we like to be treated. Lochboisdale Hotel is on a remote Island so an interest in hillwalking so would suit someone who enjoys outdoor pursuits. Meals provided on duty. |
