Job description: | We are looking for a chef de partie for our Waterside restaurant. This is a full-time position available to start as soon as possible. The restaurant "Waterside" is part of the Glen Mhor Hotel, 119 bedrooms on the River Ness and will be busy with lunch, dinner as well as weddings and events. The Waterside Restaurant provides modern & contemporary dining, fusing a variety of popular dishes to achieve a varied and eclectic menu of home cooked quality dishes served in a beautiful modern restaurant with a stunning view of the River Ness in city centre. Kitchen uses only fresh products. The job involves working split shifts and weekends. |
