Hours:40-50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:40 bedrooms ( 100 daily covers )

Full-time chefs:8 chefs plus 5 kitchen porters

Job description:

The Cuillin Hills Hotel is a 4 star hotel situated in Portree, the main town on the beautiful island of Skye in North West Scotland.

We are looking for a Chef de partie to join our team.

Mainly working larder and pastry sections.

The Hotel has undergone a major refurbishment.

There is scope for input into menus.

Overlooking Portree Harbour, Portree is a great place to live and work with good amenities. 2 hours from Inverness.

The position is available 19th April for the right candidate
