A unique opportunity to join an ambitious small boutique hotel destination in the Scottish Highlands.

Lundies is a small guesthouse offering refined interiors and comfort, a house of rare quality and beauty, surrounded by the magnificent landscapes of the northern highlands.

The position is ideal for a motivated, diligent and capable chef to play a leading role within our small 2 chef kitchen and work alongside our hospitality team delivering exceptional service and experiences. Working together with our Head chef, the role offers the chance to create and produce innovative cuisine utilising local and seasonal produce. We serve dishes inspired by quality Scottish ingredients, supplemented by elements sourced from the Lundies garden and foraged in our forests, fields and coastal locations.

The role is open to all applicants, with the role suiting those looking for seasonal or full-time opportunities. Couples are also invited to apply as other roles are also currently on offer within other properties in the local area. The role requires assisting in all facets of the day to day running of our kitchen, including mise en place, service, cleaning and general upkeep of our kitchen areas. The role would suit a candidate with a warm and friendly manner and able to work well as part of small friendly team. All levels of experience are considered - what is most important is to share our values and a willingness to learn about the exceptional service we aim to deliver to each and every guest.

Our Wildland North estates and properties are situated along the NC500 route and includes bespoke art guesthouse Lundies; Kinloch Lodge and several self-catered properties.

Due to the location, holding a current valid driving license is preferrable.

Accommodation available in shared house for duration of contract if required.
