Job description: | Our now well-established and highly reputable and beautiful Rookery Restaurant, home to several special and memorable events last year and with many more planned, offering the best produce our land and sea has to offer in the elegant, contemporary Restaurant and Bar will be seeking outgoing, reliable and experienced professionals to enhance the core team during this peak season between April and November. Our 80-seat restaurant also consists of a private dining room looking over our golf courses. Approximately 110,000 rounds of golf are played across the 3 courses at Carnoustie in a year, which includes 2,500 members playing an average of 30 rounds each per year. Ideally you will have experience in a similar kitchen. Uniforms are provided and are laundered on site. Excellent location for quality produce including lots of fresh seafood. The position is available from 19th April to end October |
