Salary:£20,000 to £21,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience paid monthly.
Hours:45-50 per week
Days:5 days a week with mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: up to 100; Dinner: up to 150; Breakfast: up to 150
Food type:Up Market Brasserie and bar - plus daily specials
Full-time chefs:4 Chefs + 2 Kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation own room within staff accommodation within the hotel - Meals provided - £55 per week
Job description:

Loch long hotel is an 80 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in Arrochar.

We are looking for a chef de partie with 2 years prior experience in a similar role.

Situated in a tourist hot spot close to the west highland way it is ideal for, Hill walking , water sports and fishing.

Arrochar is located 43.2 miles from Glasgow city centre.
