Salary:£22,000 to £26,000 per annum paid monthly with tips - meals provided on duty - discount for family members on accommodation and meals
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 per week
Days:5 days from 7 - straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:22 bedrooms - 50 - 150 covers per day
Covers:Breakfast: not required to do; Functions: 120
Food type:A la Carte Bar and Restaurant plus afternoon teas
Full-time chefs:7 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out - can provide short term (business dependent) if looking to relocate
Job description:

I am looking for a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie for a 22 bedroom hotel situated in Strathaven just 20 minutes drive from Glasgow.

The hotel has had a recent refurbishment.

There is an experienced head chef in place.

Lots of scope for input in to menus.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
