Job description: | Pittormie Castle & Residences are the best kept secret in the Scottish hospitality sector and home to The Eden Club, a private members golf, shooting and residence club. Located on the outskirts of St Andrews Fife, the estate is spread over 20 acres with the castle, residences and leisure facilities, maintained to the highest possible standards by a loyal and hardworking team. Due to the continued expansion of the club, we are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. The kitchen showcases the very best local produce in a number of different dining experiences. In the Pittormie kitchen a simple but great philosophy exists; source only the best ingredients and through skill, knowledge and understanding, elevate the flavours to create the most memorable dishes and dining experiences. Candidates must have previous experience within recognised establishments at 2 Rosette level or above.
