I'm looking for a strong CDP for this well appointed and accoladed small hotel close to Inverness. You'll be joining a supportive and nurturing team as they look to maintain and build upon their 2 rosettes and popular bar menu.

You'll be given full training and, whilst beneficial, rosetted experience is not essential for the right candidate. There's an excellent work life balance available and, whilst a local chef would be preferred, there's good quality accommodation available if necessary for the right candidate.

The hotel is located 10 mins from the centre of Inverness. There is a limited bus service so a driver would be ideal.

You'll be responsible for a section in the kitchen, and must be comfortable with occasionally juggling seperate menus simultaneously. Good hygiene standards and a solid understanding of allergen awareness are highly beneficial.
