Salary:£22,000 per annum - paid monthly plus a share of the 10% service charge. Additional hours worked over 40 are paid Salary is negotiable

Covers:Lunch: Afternoon Tea and a lounge menu that concentrates more on sharing plates etc) Best to emphasise that we have a varied lounge menu and can be very busy early to late afternoon with Afternoon Teas. Lounge can accommodate up to 55 covers; Breakfast: 40; Functions: Upto 60 canapees 40 for a sit down function
Food type:classics and giving our own modern twist. Always with a reliance on great, local produce with suppliers that we have built trusting relationships with.
Full-time chefs:4 chefs plus kitchen porters

Early starts mean early finishes! Come and join our team as a Breakfast Chef at The Register Club, contemporary bar, lounge and private dining, located on the 4th floor of Cheval The Edinburgh Grand.
Cheval Collection are excited to be recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join the team at The Register Club and to fulfil their ambition to extend their opening hours for a breakfast menu.
As Breakfast Chef you will be working with the kitchen team to provide delicious high-quality food to our guests. You will have previous experience of working in a luxury food environment and preparing and cooking high quality dishes. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with health, safety and food hygiene practices.
