Job description: | The Fort Hotel is a 20 bedroom 2 star Small Inn situated in Brought Ferry just 4 miles from Dundee. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. With longstanding owners of 40 years. We have just refurbished the hotel with the kitchen due to get done in Jan 2022. You with have some in put into menus and daily specials. you will have experience in working all corners of the kitchen. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
