Salary:	£11 per hour - dependent on experience paid monthly with tips
Duration:	Permanent
Hours:	40 - 48 hours per week
Days:	5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:	Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:	14

Full-time chefs:	5 chefs plus kitchen porters

Job description:	The Clubhouse Hotel in Nairn is a 14 bedroom Boutique Hotel just 15 miles from Inverness. We are looking for a Breakfast Chef / Prep Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will... · Have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen · Have a genuine love of cooking and be happy to work weekends and be fully involved · Be consistent, reliable and willing to learn · Have high personal standards, attention to detail and a can-do attitude · Be flexible, cool under pressure and help lead the team · Be confident with food safety standards and monitoring and compliance processes · Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff at all levels of the business · Fun personal and team incentives Expected start date: immediate start however can be flexible for the right person
