Job description:

Durn House is an elegant 8 bedroom country house situated in Portsoy a beautiful Seaside location, 7 miles from Banff and 60 miles from Aberdeen.

Creative Chef required to work with the senior sous chef, to join a small team.

Everything is made in house with plenty of scope to learn new techniques, improve skills and expand your boundaries

On site parking

NVQ 2 or equivalent + 2 years experience prefered

Current regulations in place and constantly reviewed

Lots of room to be creative, we have our own kitchen garden and everything we make is from fresh local ingredients

Situated in the North East of Scotland this will suit a chef who likes the outdoors as there is plenty of golfing, fishing and walking.
