The hotel has 23 bedrooms serving quality Scottish restaurant and Bar. Breakfasts to 48, lunches to 40 and dinners to 60. Functions to 100
Brigade of 3 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixed shifts.
The gross hourly rate is £19.00 per hour, paid weekly
They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing the required work stint.

This rural Inn close to Carlisle is looking for staff for their relaunch. The modern kitchen is incredibly well equipped and you'll be working with a talented and experienced team. You'll be tasked with assisting with the preparation and service of the one rosette menu.

You must be comfortable with running a section in a busy gastro pub, and have good standards of hygiene. You'll be well versed in Allergen awareness.

The new management team are keen to develop a longstanding positive reputation with the locals and tourists alike. There are several weddings booked for the coming year and you'll be taught how to deliver functions to a high standard.

Training will be provided, and the start date is negotiable.

You'll be given plenty of chance for progression, and ideas for specials will be encouraged and nurtured.

Short term accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
