Job description:

The Islay Hotel is located on the idyllic whisky island of Islay. We are located in the middle of a busy village, within walking distance to three distilleries. We are a small family run business and whilst we are a busy team, we are friendly and offer a good work/life balance.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join our team. We have a good retention of staff and are looking for team players to join us.

You will have accommodation in a house within walking distance to the hotel. Extra hours can also be offered for those of you wanting to make as much as possible during the busy season. A great opportunity for someone looking to live and work in the western isles.
