Salary:The gross hourly rate of pay is £16 per hour, paid weekly net of Tax and NI. You will be paid return travelling expenses subject to completion of the agreed work stint.

Job description:

I am looking for 2 relief sous chefs/ chef de partie's for Summer Isles Hotel, Achiltibuie.
Starting ASAP for a minimum of 3 weeks.
13 bedroom serving simple, local food cooked brilliantly. Focus upon seafood. – Breakfasts to 25, lunches to 20 and Dinners to 50
Full brigade of 4 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Hotel accommodation with TV & WIFI.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 6 days, Mixed shifts.
The gross hourly rate of pay is £18/£16 per hour, paid weekly net of Tax and NI.
You will be paid return travelling expenses subject to completion of the agreed work stint.
