Salary:The gross hourly rate is £16.00 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance net of tax and NI.

Hours:minimum 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 60; Dinner: 45; Breakfast: 45

Full-time chefs:6-7 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is available in a staff cottage on site
Job description:

I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for Roxburghe Hotel- Kelso
Start: ASAP until the end of July.
20 bedroom hotel serving high quality restaurant. Breakfasts to 45, lunches to 60 and dinners to 45.
Brigade of 6-7 chefs plus kitchen porters
Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixed shifts.
The gross hourly rate is £16.00 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance net of tax and NI.

They will pay you daily return travelling expenses subject to you completing the agreed required work stint.
Accommodation available in staff cottage on site
